I ordered the wrong size, Can I exchange this for another size?
If you've ordered the incorrect size, we offer a store credit (valid for 12 months) once the original item has been returned in unworn, original condition. This credit can then be used to purchase the correct size, subject to availability.
How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your item, please make sure that it is in the condition it arrived in. The item must be unworn, and undamaged in order for our team to accept your return.
Please email us at hello@gracious.com. The cost of returning the item is at the customers cost.
When do I have to return my item?
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After this 7-day window, we are unable to accept any returns or issue store credit.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless the item is proven faulty, If you would like to return your item for a store credit or a different size this is allowed. Returned items must be in the condition you received it in.
